the Restful Sleeper course
18-36 months

The all-you-need self paced course that will take sleep in your home from stressful to restful.

Designed for parents and caregivers who want solutions for their sleep challenges without compromising responsiveness.

If you're having doubts about sleep in the current phase you're in with your toddler, this course is for you.

You will walk away feeling confident about your child's sleep and empowered to make informed decisions for your unique family.

In this course you will learn about all the foundations of sleep - how exactly sleep works, why kids wake, how to optimise bedtime & sleep and what is actually normal in this age range.

You'll learn what red-flags to look out for that could be contributing to sleep challenges and the effect nutrition has on your child's sleep.

I take you through what Respectful, or "gentle" parenting really is and how to implement it with your young child, by learning about the importance of boundaries & limits, as well as how to set boundaries, loving limits and supporting the emotions that come with the territory.

Now for the good stuff! I give you evidence-based solutions to all the most common sleep challenges, from nap transitions, bedtime battles to early morning wakes and everything in between. I also guide you through the process of making changes, step-by-step and how to bring another caregiver into the bedtime routine.

In the final two chapters we talk about your own health and wellbeing, and how to optimise your rest, before diving into some tips for preparing your child for the addition of a sibling.

(and so much more!)

"You were so generous with the information you shared for this price. I really learned a lot from the foundations of sleep alone and how that can impact sleep, and you definitely addressed all of the concerns I had (especially naps and transitioning from feeding to sleep). Thank you!"
